Do you recommend I start with a consultation or schedule my first appointment? If you're unsure whether therapy is right for you or if we're a good fit, I recommend starting with a free 15-minute consultation. It’s a chance to ask questions, share what you're looking for, and see if our approach feels right for you. If you feel ready to begin, you’re welcome to book a full first session right away — we’ll dive into your goals and start the process.

What does it mean to be counseled by a Christian? It means your counselor is a practicing Christian whose faith informs their values, perspective, and care. We use well-established counseling methods while also considering spiritual and relational dynamics that may be important to you. Our approach is respectful, thoughtful, and tailored to each person — whether you share our faith or not.

How often is therapy necessary? The frequency of therapy depends on your goals, needs, and life circumstances. Most clients start with weekly sessions, which helps build momentum and a strong therapeutic relationship. Some people may move to biweekly or monthly sessions over time as they make progress. We’ll collaborate to find a pace that feels supportive and sustainable for you.
