Hope & Healing for Couples

Welcome, we're so glad you're here!
We exist to restore what has been lost in couples and marriages. It is more than what we do, it is our passion and our calling. We believe that even the most strained relationships can find healing, renewal, and lasting connection.
Relationships are hard. From communication breakdowns and broken trust to struggles with intimacy, finances, parenting, and the weight of everyday stress, it’s easy to feel distant from the one you once felt closest to. Over time, that disconnection can leave couples feeling stuck, discouraged, and unsure of how to move forward.
But you don’t have to navigate it alone. We are here to help you rebuild, reconnect, and rediscover what brought you together—guiding you toward a stronger, healthier relationship filled with hope, healing, and renewed joy.
Our education, clinical training and experience has equipped us with the knowledge and tools to help you get to where you want to be. But we are more than just therapists, we are spouses and parents too. We understand the challenges relationships face, and we would be honored to come alongside you and your partner during this season to help you heal, grow, and reconnect. If you’re wondering whether this is the right next step, we invite you to schedule a free consultation. It’s a simple, no-pressure way to share your story, ask questions, and begin exploring what healing could look like for your relationship.

Life can be challenging as a man, husband, and father. My life experiences, both success and failures, are what I pull from the most to help my clients get where they need to be. I've been counseling in private practice for over 15 years. I've been married for 23 years, and my wife and I have three children (ages 16, 18, & 20). I love to meet people where they're at in life and help them get to where they want to be. I'm happy to help you unpack some of the unhealthy patterns or habits that keep coming up and find ways to improve the quality of your life. This is much more than me just sitting, listening, and nodding my head. I'm going to take an active role in guiding you on making genuine and lasting changes to your life.
Working with couples to help them overcome, resolve, and restore what has been lost is my passion. I draw from both clinical and personal experience having been married over 22 years, as well as working with couples for the last 15 years. Common themes that often come up in couple’s therapy include trust, communication, intimacy, unresolved conflict that breeds resentment & unmet emotional needs. Choosing to stay together is easier said than done, but I’m here to walk with you on this journey to help you come out stronger—together.
My counseling style is relational, personal, and direct. I pull from several proven approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method to help you strengthen your connection, navigate conflict with more ease, and create a deeper sense of safety and understanding in your relationship. I offer you a relaxed & comfortable space to process your relationship.
My specialties in working with men are anger, relationships, addictions, stress, anxiety, career, and the like. Many of these themes are interwoven and overlap in many ways. Whether you're navigating personal challenges, relationship struggles, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to do it alone. I’m here to offer support, perspective, and practical tools to help you move forward. My goal is not just to help you feel better—but to help you live better. Real change takes courage, and if you're ready to take that first step, I’m ready to walk with you.

I believe it's important to acknowledge the past and work through trauma in order to create relational healing with ourselves and others. I am passionate about creating, maintaining and nourishing relationships including the one you have with yourself. I have been married to my husband for 10 years and we have three children. I understand how chaotic and overwhelming life can be. I have a Bachelor of Science at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, a Master of Arts at the University of Central Florida in Counselor Education, Level I training in Gottman couples therapy and I am trained as an EMDR therapist - I use an eclectic approach, pulling from my education, training and life experience to create a safe space where we can break unhealthy cycles together. I would love to walk alongside you as we begin to unpack the past, process the present and prepare for the future, helping you attract the relationships and life you want.

I believe each one of us possesses a deep desire to be known. Clients often present to therapy in their most vulnerable states. Whether it is anxiety, depression, relational strife, anger, addiction, etc. My goal by the end of each session is for clients to leave feeling that they have been seen, heard and equipped to manage their daily lives.
I work with clients to accomplish their goals for therapy. Operating from a client-centered, cognitive behavioral approach, I work with the client to bring insight into their situation, break unhealthy habits and push toward a more fulfilling life. I have extensive experience working with teenagers and young adults. I have worked as a high school and middle school guidance counselor in the Orange County public school system for the past eleven years. I earned my undergraduate degree in Family, Youth and Community Sciences from the University of Florida and my masters degree in Counseling and Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University. I have been married for eleven years. My wife and I have three young children and currently reside in Casselberry, Florida.
Whether you are returning to counseling or this is your first time, I invite you to reach out to schedule a time to sit with me. I hope when you do that you will experience encouragement, acceptance, and the help you need to face the challenges of life.
